Weekend Bootcamps are Cardio and Conditioning based HIGH Intensity workouts. We may do anything including but not limited to Plyometrics, Sprints, HIT Training, Circuit Training, wall climbing, and tire flipping. Aside from GREAT conditioning for ANY athlete, these bootcamps are good preparation for Mud Runs as well. This is a great way to either finish off your week of workouts, or kick start a new week of workouts.
These bootcamps are taught by Tiffany “Tippy” Connell and usually held twice a month on Saturday mornings. Please check our website and facebook often for when the next bootcamp may be.
Bootcamps are just $10.00 per person, and everyone is welcome; both Men and Women.
