This program was created to give the everyday woman an intense workout at the pace of a professional fighter’s workout, WITHOUT getting punched, kicked, or taken down. This class is definitely not for wimps, but does cater to women of ALL different fitness levels. It includes a wide variety of ways to stay in shape, get in shape, build lean muscle, lose weight, feel better, look better, and more. Including but not limited to strength training, cardio, boxing, kickboxing, HIT training, circuit training, running, plyometrics, and much more. Every day is different. Don’t expect to come in and do the same thing two days in a row.
If you come in willing to push to YOUR limit, there is no reason you won’t achieve all of your fitness goals with this class. We understand everyone is different, everyone has different strong points/weaknesses, and no two people are at the exact same level. The more you dedicate yourself, the more your trainer will learn your fitness needs, and the easier it is for them to help you make the most out of this class for YOU.
In this class we are a TEAM, we motivate and encourage each other. We do NOT tolerate cattiness. We are all women who want the same thing- TO REACH OUR GOALS. We do participate in many running events such as 5k’s, 10k’s, half marathons, and mud runs. The camaraderie we all show at these events is amazing, and it’s a great feeling knowing you have several of your gym-mates cheering you on!!
The Morning class is taught by Melissa “Mojo” Harbour. The 6:00pm Evening class is taught by Tiffany “Tippy” Connell.

You will need your own boxing gloves and hand wraps for this class
(We do sell them at the gym, but feel free to get them elsewhere if you like.)
We have a competition at the gym once a year, that anyone in this class is welcome to participate in. We form teams amongst the members, and have friendly competitions against each other. There are tons of awards given out such as ribbons and trophies. It’s a great way to see all your hard work paid off.
